The rooftop terrace and pool were fabulous, and the view memorable. Access to a large kitchen in our superior room was so helpful. The air conditioning was refreshing after hot days of walking.

Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay there again in a different occasion.

Loved our stay here! Very accommodating staff, excellent food, restful environment. Safe neighborhood. Would come back!

I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere inside due to no curtain and puddles will form and it is VERY slippery. -FYI the bathroom has a shared open ceiling with the next door unit’s bathroom. You cannot see them, but you can hear EVERYTHING; conversations, showers, using the toilet, etc.. Pros: Easy check in process. Street parking usually always available within a block (usually spaces in front available), bus stop one block away, 3 blocks from the beach, next to a friendly active park, dining options nearby, the beach is never overly crowded at all times, the TV allows you to login to your streaming services with setting an auto-log-out date, looks exactly like the photos, and the AC works great along with them having thick privacy curtains. Note: This acts as a stand alone rental - there is no staff on site and no housekeeping. Despite multiple listings sharing the same property, this specific unit has an outside property entrance.

Very unique property it is beautiful and very peaceful. The owners and staff are very friendly and supportive of anything you need. We had a great experience and would visit again.
