"Stayed in early February and very few guests. NO HEATING and I mean none. Only cooling and this time of year very cold. Bar closed. Restaurant and very restricted options for breakfast. About 6 only and 3 of them they did not have anyway. Breakfast terrible! Two lots of laundry returned when still wet! Ended up moving hotels and best thing we did. They say 4 star but 3 of them must have been on holiday."
