「Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. 」

「マンチェスター郊外のエクルズ駅(各駅停車で階段のみ)から、大きな荷物を持っての移動(10分程度)は大変でした。 建物が古いのか、隣・階上部屋での人の動く音(ドアの開閉・歩く軋み等)が聞こえて、我々も静かな動きで過ごしました。 3泊しましたが朝食のメニューが全く同じで、イギリス人の頑固さを朝食で感じました。(日本の旅館でも同じか！)」

「Overall our two nights were good room and property were very clean and there's a kitchen for food. A couple of points would be to have a blind on the bathroom door window mainly because the morning light comes in and wound add more privacy. Also we found the mattresses uncomfortable and springy so didn't get a great sleep but its a lovely property and would stay again if beds were comfier 」

「We stayed 1 night in the lovely room for 3 persons. We felt very welcome and the place has a lovely atmosphere. Very good service and you can really feel how they make an extra effort to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and so well made with a something for every taste. Definitely a place we will remember and come back to.」

「I had a lovely stay at The White Hart. The room was clean and pretty and the dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The staff were very friendly (other than the receptionist) and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely be back.」

「The property is very nice with laundry and games room available. When I arrived the room was clean, but there were no equipment to keep it clean during my week long stay. Kitchen has only utensils, no plates or pans. It does have oven, stove, microwave and kettle. Staff were friendly but my check in experience was horrible. First it was moved later on the day, then I ended up waiting over an hour after the new time outside the building in the cold and dark as the instructions were to wait...
