"I love this hotel. Enjoyed the spa, the restaurant and the live music. But most of all I appreciated the speedy & very helpful check in. Daniel at the door was exceptionally helpful. Thank you for taking care of our luggage and car so we could make our spa appointment on time. "

"The check in clerk was AMAZING and very apologetic and accommodating. The house keeping staff however are NOT doing their job!! Our first room wasn't even cleaned at all. Lights on, tv on, bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. Went back and again, the check in clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. This room however obviously hadn't been swept and there was BROKEN GLASS on the floor in numerous spots throughout the suit (bathroom behind door, in front of mini fridge, between bed and nightstand, etc). We will not be staying here again, just not worth the headache."
