The gardens are beautiful and you can access the ocean via the harbour side on the dock or the flats behind the tennis courts. "Chad's place is great for a getaway. Close to the beach (which is spectacular and not a soul on it) and close to bonefishing for my husband. Has everything you need and very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Get Debbie B to deliver dinner, outstanding food. "Was a great place to stay. Beautiful house and area. Recommended for fishing or floating. Very shallow for swimming here. The power went out four days, however. But this is not the fault of the property. I’m guessing it is an island thing….. "

"This property has fallen into disrepair. Nothing like the condition of a previous trip. We stayed in 2 units and both had numerous defects. VRBO over promotes this property . The owner incapacitated and lost control of the situation..be aware."

"The photos of this property really don't do it justice. Amazing house, where the owner has really thought and anticipated all guests needs, with high quality furnishings, and amenities. The view is just glorious, and the beach was superb. Easy to get to from the airport, and easy to get to local attractions like cherokee sound, petes pub and the neem farm. Michelle was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and helpful. Will definitely return on our next Abaco adventure"

Great House at a Peaceful Location

"This is a great property! The house is in perfect condition and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed (including sharp knives which is rare in a rental). They have beach chairs and games available for use. The location, while a little further out, is exactly what we wanted. I wanted a place away from the crowd and we got it. It is like having your own private beach. The home owners are great to work with throughout the process. They communicated prior to the trip and helped us arrange a chef one night to come to the house. They are quick to respond and welcoming. If you are considering this house, go for it! It is fantastic!"
