「The rooms were clean yet a bit outdated. The plumbing was tricky and there were no options for dinner outside the hotel.」

「The staff were nice enough but the water was turned off a lot of times and we had to wait a few hours at times for it to be turned back on.」

「Staff is the best part of this hotel. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean just missing some items. I didn't have wash rags, soap, and only 1 towel. Not a huge deal because I bring alot myself but want others to plan accordingly.」

「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」
