We very much enjoyed our stay in this cabin. There were no disappointments, no unpleasant surprises. Clean and comfortable and our host was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed during the week so we had the whole neighborhood and most of the lake to ourselves. Great!
Beautiful log living area with new appliances in the kitchen. Cool history within the properties past. Older though so bathroom is tiny, shower could use some re-doing, roof looked in need of help, bedrooms were fine, holding tank fills up fast so the alarm may go off (it did when we rented however the neighbors and the property manager helped turn it off quickly). Lots of perch caught off dock which was fun. Friendly neighbors.
We loved the little cabin on the lake. We brought our boat up to go swimming and it did not disappoint.
The cabin was big enough for our family. All updated appliances were nice, the grill outside was also a very nice added benefit.
We will look forward to book here again next summer for another family vacation.
We loved the property and the lake. It was very quiet and peaceful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a couple minor issues while there but Mitch responded immediately and came and fixed the problem or called to find out when it would be fixed (short power outage). It was very comfortable inside with everything we needed. The extra fridge on the enclosed porch was a bonus. A good place for beer and worms. We would recommend this place to others.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Was fun to go back to Crivitz as I had gone there during the summer my entire childhood. The cabin is great. I would have preferred the the fire pit be closer to the house, but that's just preference, not a knock. The grill was unusably dirty though, which was a disappointment.
Everything else was great - we will be coming back!!
As a side note, if you stay in the area do the Marinette County Waterfall tour. We got to 11 out of the 15 and they were all much larger and more beautiful than expected. It's hard to believe there is such amazing hiking and beautiful scenery just 4 hours north of Chicago. Even after the Cascades and Acadia we were VERY impressed!
Definitely recommend.
Fun quirky place to be. Neighboring residents are fantastic, property and cabin is "as described" with the amenities being the same, as well. The owner is very quick to respond and stayed in communication, regardless of the time. We would definately stay again.
Beautiful location loved being right on the water. Canoe, paddle boat, fishing poles, tackle boxes, chairs all available at dock. The beach had lotsa seaweed but we just raked a cleared a spot to lounge and swim. Cabin had everything needed: full kitchen, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, even coffee and filters (i over packed). Had shampoo and conditioner all clean towels and bedding. We liked hanging out on the porch too. Beautiful livingroom window to see the sunrises

Kitchen utensils were not available. Needed replacements or a least provide some that worked. We bought a can opener for you!House was clean. Main bedroom bed was way too high. I was unable to get into. I had to sleep in bunk bed . Bunk beds not easy for adult to get in and out of. The reason I had to sleep in bunk was because other bed too high. Unfortunately I had started to need a walker to get around. This house was very difficult to get around in. I’ll hav3 to look for handicapped accessible next time. We left a day early, because I was so uncomfortable. I’m not even going to talk about the bathroom with tanks and horrible shower.

Can't Wait to Come Back
When I walked into the cabin I was blown away that it looked exactly like the pictures. The view from the picture window in the great room is absolutely beautiful. The entire cabin looked like it had recently been renovated, also the kitchen had new state of the art appliances plus an extra fridge/freezer on the back porch. The backyard is massive so bring yard games you will have plenty of room to play. There is a nice dock with chairs mounted to it that is great for taking in the sunsets. Blackwater Bar & Grill is walking distance to the cabin and they have great pizza and drink specials. The second day I was there I noticed that I had forgotten my toiletries just one quick call to the owner Mitch and he directed me to when I could find some in the cabin so I didn't need to make a special run. Checking in and checking out was so easy, Mitch had the wifi password posted right when you walked in and the smart TV was a nice treat as well. Probably my favorite surprise in the cabin was this game mounted on the wall called Tee Toss it is very addicting and created a pretty big Tee Toss tournament amongst me and my friends that was great fun! Anytime I need a place in Crivitz this will be the first Cabin I check, we all really had a great time and can't wait to come back! Thank you Mitch for your help!!
