Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here and cannot more highly recommend. No reception with a check-in only on your phone and no room keys was delightful and easy. Super easy check-out too just on your phone. Beautiful little French breakfast offered and a stunning terrace with views of the city and theatre. Perfect central location with paid parking just across the street. The room was enormous, clean, and comfortable. Will absolutely be back - love this gem of a hotel!"

"Myself and my family have just returned from our ten day summer holiday at Barbara’s wonderful quaint property. Barbara was more than accommodating from the moment we arrived to the second we departed, a truly fantastic host! The large garden and pool had our 4 year old in his element the entire holiday enabling Mum and Dad plenty of relaxing time to reset. Thank you Barbara again! "what a find clean and tidy inside a bit dated but nothing to worry about. Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. The site could do alot more perhaps a bit if entertainment etc and maybe a møre better takeaway although this didn’t stop is having a good holiday."

"Despite some mixed weather, we had a lovely week by the river. Lots of wildlife, even caught a glimpse of a red squirrel. The house is well equipped, with a cosy log burner for chilly evenings. Lots to see within an easy drive. There are plenty of guidebooks and maps available in the property for use of guests. This was our second visit and it is perfect for a relaxing stay."

Service was wonderful from all the staff, convenient location being a short stroll to the nearest tram stop that takes you into town and runs regularly all day, highly recommend to get away from the world!
