"Was very jet lagged which is probably why I didn’t think the checkin process was smooth,as it was all digital. Luckily, we got there before reception closed and they could walk me through app. In Cabin 41 there were bed linens, some cleaning supplies, clothes dry rack, working AC. had to pay extra for a hand towel and a bath towel which I don’t believe was explained in the listing. "Lovely hotel, conveniently located just off the tram and bus stops (so easy to reach from the train station), situated opposite the river, with a supermarket literally around the corner. Easy booking experience through Hotels.com, and great to be able to check in from 2pm. Reception staff very friendly and room was comfortable and cleaned every day during our stay. Tea and coffee in room as well as a small fridge, complimentary bottle of water, and a safe for your valuables. Spare pillows and bedding were also provided. What was a really nice touch was the additional free coffee machine downstairs along with a water stop to fill up flasks. If we were returning to Liége, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay."
