Was a great place to stay! Super close to the water, but a bit of a walk from the water taxi. We got a view of the canal, but it was a side view. We got the room that’s separated from the main hotel, but we actually liked it better because it was more secure and the rooms were bigger. Had good AC, but the drain was a bit clogged after showers, but eventually cleared.

I would definitely stay here again. The beds could be a little softer but overall it’s a wonderful place

The property has a charm .... its location is also a plus since it is on The Grand Canal. It could also use further upgrading... a lobby configuration that is freshened up and more conducive to sitting and watching the passers bye. the ventilation system is limited in that during the evening when I required cooling, I had to open windows for coolness... this allowed the late night street noise to come in. The BIGGEST plus is how friendly and helpful the vast majority of the staff was!!!

Great for families. Comfortable beds! Very helpful staff.

Couldn't be better located. A little olde worlde Venetian style but we liked that. Bedding admittedly firm but we liked that too. Breakfast good. Boked s classic room with canal view but were given a mini suite with canal view.
