Welcome to our Snowcrest Home (303032) in beautiful Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado!

Your condo is ideally situated to help you get the most out of your stay in one of the coolest towns in North America. Rated 'the best ski town in America,' as well as the 'last great ski town in Colorado". It is internationally ranked for its mountain biking and there is always something fun for everyone.

If you have stayed here before, welcome back! If this is your first time with us, welcome! We hope you will consider us for your upcoming vacation destination.

We continue to work hard to make our condo the best short-term rental at a reasonable price in this world-class mountain setting.

* IF you are looking for a hotel vibe, unlimited laundry supply, or feel like you need a party place for a few days, we are NOT your place, this is our home. We ask for respect for our property, our neighbors who live here, and our cleaners who work above and beyond for each new guest(s). We are strict with our policies. We work hard to allow our guests to enjoy and respect our home and we expect the same in return. We also provide 2 parking spaces for our guests. One in our parking lot and one in our garage.

With our condo having great proximity to the ski lifts as well as nearby activities for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing to name just a few, you will not be disappointed. Leave your car in our heated garage and take the free shuttle bus from the mtn into town for the rest of your stay while vacationing in our home.

* Location!!! Your condo is only 100 yards across our private footbridge to the base of Mt. Crested Butte, 2 express chairlifts, restaurants, and the free town shuttle. Yes, there are stairs.

* A commercial 10-person hot tub is only 30 steps from your front door (we've counted). BEST hot tub view in all of CB.
HOT TUB: Seasonal Closure during off-season beginning Oct. 1st, and will reopen Thanksgiving week.

* Views! The majestic Mt. Crested Butte and Whetstone is the centerpiece view from your private patio with a custom-made bar along with 3 bar stools.

* With vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, this gorgeous little condo will not disappoint.

* Wood fireplace and freshly stocked wood for every renter!

* 60" Smart TV with a wide array of streaming services and apps. We just ask our guests to log into their own accounts when they arrive. We have plenty of board games to keep you, your family, and/or friends entertained after a full day of outdoor activities.

* Open floor plan on 1st floor and very spacious.

* Peace and quiet. One of the quieter complexes on the MTN. But you can always walk across our Snowcrest footbridge to great restaurants and nightlife.

* Two "twin" beds in the loft The kids will love it up there. A little smaller in room size being the loft but very cozy. New furniture, brand new windows with an egress window escape for safety, and a TV w/ a Roku stick for streaming, a DVD player, and plenty of movies.

-(2) Parking spaces for our guests- We provide a key tag for the outside parking lot and also share one side of our heated garage w/ our guests.
-Private, fast, reliable, high-speed internet - Spectrum Cable in the living room
-Fully stocked kitchen w/ an island and 2 additional kitchen stools for extra seating
-Dining room w/6-person table and bench seating
-Coin-operated laundry (or Apple Pay) in the common area of the condo complex
-Reading area w/ 2 comfy recliner chairs, lighting and stocked with books.
-Heated garage to store all your seasonal equipment such as bikes, ski/boarding gear, hiking/fishing equipment, vehicle, etc...
-Private patio to enjoy amazing sunrises & sunsets

* For everyone's safety and peace of mind, we've recently installed a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the outside front entrance only. This helps us ensure that house rules—like respecting the guest count and keeping our home pet-free—are followed, making it a comfortable experience for all guests.

Great location and layout!

We’ve been to Crested Butte several times and love this location. It’s an easy walk to the base and to the shuttle if you want to head into town. The views from the patio are incredible! We have three kids so the layout of the 2 bedrooms and the loft bedroom worked really well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Ski Vacation

Fantastic condo for our yearly family ski vacation. Very conveniently located within walking distance to the village and lifts. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked! Michelle was a great host!

My family and I stayed for New Years and could not have asked for s better place to stay. Fantastic view of the mountain and the fireworks show to bring in the new year. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Crested Butte!

Perfect for our long weekend stay!

Condo was comfortable with lots of room four our family stay. Condo is located in Mt Crested Butte, a quick step to slopes, and all Mt Crested Butte has to offer. Michelle, our hostess, was outstanding, easy to contact when we had a question and super knowledgeable! Great stay!

Great condo, great location

Condo was perfect for our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 kids), and was clean, well maintained and well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy with any questions quickly answered. Crested Butte is a terrific summer place (not just for winter skiing).

The view and location were perfect for us.

We were attending a conference across the street so the footbridge was a dream. Love that there was a garbage disposal. Amazing to sleep with the windows open and a cross breeze.
