The downstairs master features a queen size bed and picture window views of the elk mountains and ski resort, as well as air conditioning and TV.

Downstairs bedroom number two features a queen size bed, TV, and optional desk space to get some work done. Both Bedrooms share a full bath, but there is an additional full bath adjacent to bedroom 2 for more privacy if desired.



Upstairs in the loft, a bunkbed creates a perfect kids nook, there is also a dedicated desk with computer in this room for getting some work done, or browsing for your next pair of skis.

Just past the bunk room lies a large remodeled bathroom with plenty of counter space for everyone, right next to another bedroom with a queen size and twin sized bed. Both these spaces share a large full bath.

Private parking and a complimentary shuttle that arrives in the driveway every 20 or 30 minutes (depending on the season) ensures that you can forget about your vehicle for your visit and focus on fun.

Guests will be required to sign a guest rental agreement prior to receiving check-in and driving directions.



While the property lists a hot tub as an amenity this is a shared community hot tub and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability of the hot tub may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed



Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.



Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountan Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year:



Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.



The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.
