THE SPACE



This remodeled top-floor studio is designed for couples and small families who want comfort without fuss. The sleeping area features a sturdy king bed plus a clever Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall—guests consistently praise it as a smart space-saving solution. Both beds are comfortable and well-appointed with quality linens. Extra pillows and blankets are available on request.



The full bathroom is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with essentials. The kitchenette is fully functional: mini fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. Great for storing snacks, brewing morning coffee, or assembling quick meals before or after the slopes. Full dishes and silverware provided.



Entertainment: SmartTV where you log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), plus cable TV. Free WiFi throughout the property keeps you connected. The electric fireplace adds warmth and coziness—a favorite touch mentioned by past guests.

GOOD TO KNOW



• No air conditioning. The unit has heating for winter months. Most guests find open windows and the mountain air sufficient in warmer seasons.



• Building management controls lodge amenities separately from your host. Amenities occasionally close for maintenance without advance notice; this is beyond your host's control, and no refunds are issued for unscheduled closures.



• No daily linen service (Airbnb-style, not a hotel). If you'd like fresh linens during your stay, we can arrange a turnover with 24 hours' notice for $100.



• Storage: The closet is compact; pack strategically or plan to use a suitcase for overflow.



• WiFi is generally reliable throughout the property. If issues arise, Nadim and the team respond quickly to troubleshoot.



• Pet-friendly: Up to 2 dogs welcome. $50 flat fee per stay (not per dog, not per night).

Nadim and Natasha manage this property and are known for quick response times, helpful local advice, and genuine care for guest comfort. You'll receive a guidebook weblink via email that contains check-in instructions, house guidelines, and information about additional services or upgrades. This streamlined approach keeps communication clear and prevents booking surprises.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room), EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).



The Neighborhood:

We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.

The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.

The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!



Getting Around:

Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.
