The Red Lady Retreat - Pool! Shuttle to Elk Ave!
The Red Lady Retreat offers one of the only outdoor pools in Mount Crested Butte! Enjoy the short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the base area, and relax by the fireplace in the evenings. This is the perfect home base for all of your Crested Butte adventures!

This centrally located 3bd, 3ba condo in Mount Crested Butte really has it all! Go up 2 flights of indoor stairs to access the condo. Enter into a short hallway with the kitchen on your right. The kitchen features plenty of cookware and a starter supply of essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/filters. From the kitchen, you'll look out over the three-seater bar into the dining area and the living room. The Dining table has comfortable seating for 6. The first bedroom is on your left and features a queen bed, closet, and full bathroom.
The living area is extremely cozy with a wood-burning fireplace and television where you can watch the game after a great day on the mountain! There are two large couches as well as a chair and large coffee table in this area. This living room also looks out over the large private balcony which has seating for two and a small table.
On your left is the second bedroom which includes a king-sized bed and closet as well as a full bathroom.
The third bedroom features bunk style beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top and it's own full en-suite bathroom.
Enjoy the shared building amenities like coin-operated washer/dryers (quarters not provided), outdoor pool, hot tub, grill, outdoor seating. Please note the pool area is located about 50 yards from the building.
DISCLOSURES:
*PETS: This building is not pet friendly per HOA policy. If you are found to be in violation of this rule, there will be a minimum fee assessed of $500.00
*QUIET HOURS: Absolutely no parties. Many long-term working residents live in this building; excessive noise outside of 8am-10pm will not be tolerated.
*Please understand THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING in this building. The afternoon sun does hit this condo making the balcony an excellent spot to sit an enjoy the mountain air. Air conditioning is very uncommon in the Gunnison Valley; I would be happy to point you in the direction of some great local rivers and lakes to help cool you off :)
*PARKING: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking; trailers/RV/etc. not allowed. Additional parking is available in the town of CB (3 miles) or in the base area at The Lodge at Mountaineer Square for covered garage parking for a fee. 2 parking passes are given/unit; this is firm.
*POOL/HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub are managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer refunds in the event the pool or hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay.
