The owner was very friendly and communicative, and prepared me well for arrival and knowing local amenities of interest. The property itself was the perfect size for me and would be great for a couple as well. Those staying with added people, those extra folks will be on the couch in the living room. There are some comments about the difficulty in accessing the condo (you have to go up a flight of stairs at the front, then walk around the snow side, and go up one more flight to the condo, which faces the slopes), and yes this is accurate but it's really not a big deal unless you are extremely out of shape or otherwise impaired. I would not recommend it for those that have trouble with stairs. Not many folks looking for what is truly a ski in, ski out place would care about stairs, I imagine. After the initial hauling of bags to the condo, the stairs weren't even a thought or concern.
Parking is simple and there is a parking pass. I had no issues with finding a space in the permitted lot.
The condo is clean, has basic amenities for cooking, good working smart TVs, and a comfortable bed. I have zero issues with the place inside and out. There are two sliders leading to the balcony that looks directly at the slopes. Seriously, this was perfect.
I attended a meeting next door at Elevation Spa and Resort and it was a 2 minute walk on the snow to get in to the hotel meeting space. Zero regrets about opting out of staying at the hotel!!
