"Staff was so nice & made you feel welcomed"

"Decent breakfast. The Gentleman who was running the front desk did not even have basic information (like he didn’t know whether or not they had a spa/hot tub) the door to the pool was broken so you couldn’t get in. The told us we had to use our hotel keys which we were aware of. They sent the maintenance guy to come out and fix it because the latch was broken. When we Finally got into the pool spa area and the spa was completely green (I wish I would have taken an I wish I would have taken a picture) and smelled so we decided not to use it. Also we requested a crib or pack and play for our room and they did not have any available. Apparently they only have ONE for the ENTIRE hotel which is multiple floors and the single one that they had was already in use. If we had known we would’ve stayed someplace else. "

"We enjoyed out stay at Hampton, Merced..it feels like home! We hope to stay in Hampton inn for our next trip! "

"We stayed a couple of days in Main Street King room. Hotel was great. For this stay we took Amtrak which is a 15 minute walk to hotel. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Overall we enjoyed everything and will be back for our daughter's graduation from UC Merced soon."

"Its clean but The noise from the cars on the freeway was annoying since it's right next to it and apparently only has single-pane windows."
