Copper Tree By The Sea 412 A

Beautiful 1400 square feet 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with a single car garage. One bedroom has a queen size bed and one bedroom has a futon. Within walking distance to the beach and "B" St. Pier. Just a short drive to the beautiful Smith River, hiking in the redwoods, surfing along south beach. The unit will sleep 4. Comes with large HD TV, stocked kitchen, microwave, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board hair dryer. Very nice place for your vacation.

Brand new very clean duplex close to ocean and Crescent city center

Very clean and brand new duplex. Has everything needed for short stay. Very convenient.

Great location but uncomfortable futons

When we reserved this unit it advertised the 2nd BR as having a twin bed and futon bed/couch. It has since been changed and only had the futon bed/ couch in 2nd BR. This did not meet our needs and we had to rearrange sleeping set ups to meet our needs. The futon couch beds in the 2nd BR and LR are very, very UNCOMFORTABLE !! To have someone sleep in the LR futon is not good as there is no privacy and it’s open to kitchen thus making it difficult for sleeper or other guests if using kitchen or LR. Great things about this rental are: 2 1/2 bathrooms, very clean unit, updated appliances, washer/dryer, location with great walking access to beach, etc. The unit contact was very responsive to our confusion in using the TV and when we locked ourselves out. Suggest written instructions are left for TV remotes, reminder to not lock bottom lock, and trash disposal info. Strongly suggest replacing 2nd BR futon with a real bed (queen or 2 twins). Either BR does have space for 1 queen and 1 twin to give more sleep options.

It’s a duplex, and the walls are pretty thin. Cleaning seemed to be running behind but we also arrived a little earlier than planned. The place was nice and the beach was close.

Good location and beautiful space!

This property was easily walkable to the lighthouse and pier. A great view from the upstairs windows as well! It’s new and clean, and was a very nice space.

stellar location and host

After an unfortunate reservation mix-up, I booked this property last minute. It ended up being a wonderful location that was walking distance to the beach! It was quiet and had a great view of the lighthouse. Host was great. I appreciated her quick response and resolution to the reservation mix-up.
