The apartment, located on the ground floor, features two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare meals.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of 4 apartments with a total capacity of 17 guests. The owners live on the upper floor. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid noise during nighttime hours.

Strategic Location : Cremeno is an excellent base to explore both Lake Como and the Valsassina mountains. Located about 20-30 minutes by car from the lake, it allows you to enjoy the lake's beauty and water activities as well as mountain hikes and winter sports.
While we do not offer private parking, finding a spot is generally not an issue. There is a small public parking area right in front of the entrance. Alternatively, there are plenty of spots available within a 5-minute walk. Parking might be more challenging only during very busy days or special events. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
