"Got to hotel only to be told by staff that the twin bedroom I had booked wasn't available and that they only had a double room for us. Had to complain to the manager to get them to change it. Shame as the room was clean tidy and had good facilities."

"The room was spotless,spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. It had a very large shower and bath. Shampoo was provided along with body wash and bath salts. The towels were spotless.The room had everything that you needed such as tea and coffee, buscuits and a hair dryer. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Would definately ho back and recommrnd to others."

Rob is a superb host; communicative on booking through to sharing local knowledge upon arrival - it was more than appreciated.The yurt is brilliant for a family break and is equipped with everything you need to disconnect from the grid and this fast paced modern world.There are some beautiful local walks, easy access to local towns Barmouth and Dolgellau, and the yurt has great facilities on site - outdoor kitchen, access to a bathroom, log burner, board games and more.Would have no hesitation boooking again and recommending to others."

"Amazingly clean. Fabulous outstanding views. The pool was great. The kitchen utensils were the best I've ever seen. They've thought of absolutely everything to make cooking easy and a real home from home. We loved the local wild ponies, very cute. We walked over the bridge to Barmouth and the views were stunning."

"We had a really nice time here as a bit of a working break. The WiFi was great throughout the cottage so we could be on calls in different places. Local chippy was good and restaurants in Barmouth (a short walk away) were nice. The scenery is stunning and the sunny weather made the trip even better."

"The heating was initially a problem. Some supplies not provided- insufficient wine glasses, Kleenex tissues, matches, cleaning brush for dishes and cleaning cloth and cleaner for bathroom, extra toilet paper, extra kindling for fires. Otherwise generally well supplied. "

"Cottage was absolutely perfect for us, comfy beds, comfy sofas, loved all the games, dvds etc. Will definitely be booking again. Location is perfect, 2 min walk to train station and only a mile and a half to a beautiful beach. Perfect for a quiet family holiday. "
