Called to tell them i would be checking in late. When I got there, the doors were locked and no one was at the desk. No one answered the phone, i was stuck outside until another guest went inside. I finally found an employee to check in. The room was pretty clean, a few hairs in the bathroom. Took FOREVER for the water to get warm. The breakfast was not very good, the eggs were awful. In reality, about a 3.5 stay.

I got in town about 3am so check in was really late. They provide a code but NEVER mention that you’ll use the same code to access everything. The instruction indicate you’ll receive a separate code for parking. Also they changed my location at the last minute the unit was still nice but the location was in the middle of a bad area. I saw drug deals happening as I was driving to my unit ( if you know you know) is the area is There were no walkable streets and nothing close by for shopping and coffee. The area may be more of an up and coming are but that is not my preference as my original booking location was in a location more to my liking. And whoever was in the unit above me was loud with a bunch of children stomping over my head. I got NO Sleep. There was also a domestic dispute early Sunday morning

Room was clean and well equipped, but very tight to move around in due to the large kitchen island. Also would have been helpful if housekeeping had closed the blinds because with 100 degree weather, the room was unbearably hot when we arrived and took a full day to cool down. Parking was a nightmare. The loading area/valet area was completely inaccessible when we arrived. After 3 trips around the block, we ended up parking in the garage across the street and taking a luggage cart to the garage so we could unload and check in, not a fun experience when it’s 100 degrees out. It turns out that garage can be charged to your room at a daily rate, but the process for entering and exiting the garage as a hotel guest was not explained and we ended up having to call the help line for the garage every time we left. Breakfast was a standard hotel buffet breakfast. Well stocked on the basics, which were tasty. If you are looking for an elevated breakfast experience, Biscuit Belly across the street is an excellent choice.

Close to the hospital/appointments. Nice reliable place to stay to help alleviate the anxiety of early morning doctor visits.
