「Nice place! I would stay here again.」

「Charming little house with plenty of room for its purpose. 4 nights here cost just a few dollars more than a 4-night stay at the nearby chain hotel. That's a few dollars more for an incredibly greater experience. No brainer if you ask me. We will use it again, no doubt about it.」

「Very clean, cozy place! i stayed here for my daughters time as a commuter at Duke Pre-College. Location is very convenient and less than 6 mins away. The host is very friendly and an awesome communicator! You will love it!」

「Perfect stay. Great location in Wake Forest. So close to everything, especially downtown Wake Forest. Debra had everything set up before we arrived. She explains everything well in advance. The code was given timely to enter the houseThe house has everything that you could possibly need. The space did not feel small. 「We enjoyed our stay at this gem in Durham! Super clean, great communication with Dylan, proximity to good restaurants etc was ideal and very quiet. Would stay here again!」

「Very clean, close to everything we needed, and the host was very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!」

「Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!」

「Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!」
