「My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. 「Just as the name, very quaint and comfortable. I absolutely love the location of the property for starters as it is close to the Downtown area, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, etc.The outside seating area with the swinging chair is absolutely adorable along with the pebble path leading to the back entrance. The inside is cute and cozy, provided silverware, plates, pots and pans, towels, nice air conditioning and even games to play. Everything was clean and communication with the property owner was...

「Annie & Bryan are great host. The whole process was seamless. Very comfortable & clean home. Easy access upon check-in. I appreciate being able to communicate with the host in a timely fashion. If I had a question within minutes they respond. I even made friends with the family in unit A. Overall, I would definitely stay again and refer a friend. 「The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry 」
