「The only major thing that we didn't care for was the extremely late check in requirements or having to pay for early entry. 5pm is very late especially when check out is 11am. If you want to spend any real time in the residence you can't do so without staying for more than one day. So basically we paid to sleep there which can be done at a hotel but we wanted the homey feel. I would make a note on the listing as well that this is an old building and to expect to hear noises, neighbors etc....
