「We spent 4 nights at this comfortable flat which was conveniently located to the waterfront and many attractions in Sidmouth. The provided parking space was a huge bonus to permit day trips in the area. Great communication with Tracey and easy check in/out.」

「Great location in the heart of downtown Exeter with the Cathedral right outside the front door. Restaurants, shops and Exeter Central train station all within an easy walk. Pictures are true to the flat and it is very well equipped.」

「The accommodation was excellent, very clean and some unexpected goodies when we arrived which was a nice touch. Everything there, we liked the town. Went to the museum and talked to some knowledgeable people and gave us lots of interesting information.」

「We had a lovely weekend away in Devon! Spacious and modern apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Basket of local goodies a lovely treat on arrival! No parking onsite but cheap parking very close and near to all town amenities and beach. On a one way street and my satnav kept losing signal so if driving worth checking out your route so you don’t get lost like me 😂」

「Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

「Apartment is in fantastic location with amazing views of the estuary and channel. I was surprised at how spacious the flat was, great lounge and kitchen with every room having a view. Parking is limited and gets busy on the weekend, however over night parking is free on the seafront.」

「What a beautiful little find, we were met at the property by the lovely owner, a couple of very cute little dogs and a beautiful cat called Elvis and later some chickens and two very sweet little goats roaming free. The pod/cabin/accommodation is nestled in the side of a hill with stunning views, and even though there was a storm one night it was calm and quiet in the pod. The fit and finish of the accommodation is absolutely top class and spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable!! There...

「Everything you could possibly need in this clean and spacious apartment. This is our second stay and we will return. The bus stop is just a step away, the beach only a few minutes walk and the view of the water always changing. Highly recommended. Ian the host is really helpful and quick to respond to questions.」

「The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop!
