Very untrue description
With regards to the untrue description…
1. There is no fully fitted kitchen. No coffee maker, no tea pot, no flipper to flip eggs, no salt & pepper shakers, no sugar, 1 wine glass ( husband had to use tumbler), plates & bowls are not microwaveable, used mildewy sponge to wash dishes ( poured boiling water on it to disinfect).
2. No dishwasher.
3. No balcony.
4. Washer/dryer combo. Washer worked. dryer didn’t.
5. Description states KING size bed. NOPE it’s a double
6. No office.
7. No outdoor space.
8. Internet is poor
9. Complimentary toiletries was a small shampoo/ conditioner combo and a small puck of cheap soap.
10. TV wasn’t working when we arrived. Asked to have that fixed and at some point someone must have come in to the apartment because one night when we got home it all of a sudden was working. They didn’t let us know they were coming to look at it or that it was fixed. Can they enter without letting us know? They did tell us someone was coming to look at the place as it for sale ?? Communication was poor. Asked several times about parking prior to arriving and got nothing except that there was parking. Had to call to get internet password. Had to call to get someone to come meet us. Don’t go without a phone as they are slow to reply to email request. If at all. Didn’t give us key to garbage bins but wanted us to take garbage out prior to leaving. Shower/ bathtub has black stuff growing in 2 corners.
Very disappointed with blatant lies.
