"The hotel was perfect, our room clean and kept nice over our stay. The breakfast was unbelievable, so much choice. All very tasty and fresh, so very pleasing to the eye and the stomach. The staff to include;Ty, Thomas, Amy, kwan and bartenders. And the breakfast greeters. My massage that I had with Amilie was out of this world so I booked another one, she was so pleasant and excellent at her job, the best ever. I worked for Marriott hotels for 25 years, I know good service when I see it. Thank you to all the staff and mgmt for making our stay fabulous. Steve & Lauri"

"Property is in ideal location for beaches at fistral and the gannel. Views are lovely and apartment has everything you need from kitchen related items to wifi and tv services. Good having separate ensuite from main bathroom when everyone has post beach showers! My only caution would be for people with physical limitations as getting luggage up and down the 1 flight of stairs could be problematic."

"Excellent location for Crantock beach, and superb outdoor facilities. Ali and Freddie were very friendly and helpful hosts. Clemens Beach House offered everything we needed, including beautiful sunsets over the sea. We enjoyed our stay and will happily visit again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay."

"This apartment was great really clean , it is right next to the sea and the view was breathtaking, felt like we were in Europe, everything was convenient, town centre was near by too, apartment was fully equipped, a rolling pin was a bonus!, towel, bed linen all included, I would recommend this apartment to everyone and families with children."

"Sehr saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Ein paar Minuten bis zum Fistral beach und 5 min mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt. Die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden denn die sind sehr durchgelegen. Ein Staubsauger um zwischendurch mal zu reinigen wäre auch gut. Aber alles im Ganzen ein sehr schöner Ort und eine gepflegte Wohnung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!"

"The apartment was well-maintained with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and sofas. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was in a brilliant location with just a short walk down to Fistral Beach. The host communicated very clearly and helpfully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to others."
