「Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.」

「Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return.」

「Katie was very quick to respond and a very gracious host. The house is a few blocks from Providence College campus, so it was perfect for seeing my daughter. The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street.
