"The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"

"Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . "For the price, oustanding facilities. Nice environment, great artwork, good libby and lounge area. Loved the availability of self service hot drinks and water coolers on each floor. The lounges were comfortable and have good facilites to work if required. The fitness suite, pool and sauna were all clean and comfortable. "The property is clean and warm, the shower is fabulous and the facilities adequate for a short stay. There is a lot of building work going on in the area though this doesn't start till breakfast time, so didn't disturb our sleep! No oil/salt etc so take yours, cooking facilities otherwise ample and got out to good use! Sofa bed in the living room is super small though, so check dimensions with host before booking if you're average size or above. Comfortable, but too small for two average size adults. Would stay again if the second bed was changed and could be used (had to get an inflatable mattress!) as that was the only issue we had. "
