On the downside there were mouse droppings in the drawer as well as in a laundry basket which held kids toys. Another issue was a wood strip on the floor between the kitchen and the eating area which leads to the living room and two bedrooms. We were a party of five and every one of us stubbed our toes on this threshold many times. I normally...

If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates.」

「This property was definitely unique! It's like staying at your Great Grandmas house in the country as the furnishings and decor were 1970s - we enjoyed that though! We had what we needed and plenty of space. The oven was definitely old, dishwasher was newer, beds were comfortable but the old spring-type. Be aware you need charcoal for the grill. You are way out in the country so bring what you need as running to the store would take a while. The most interesting thing was the herd of sheep...

「Great place overall! Loved the deer in the back area Sunday morning! One note for IU visitors: Had some challenges getting an Uber to/from IU campus during an extra busy football weekend. I couldn’t get an Uber game day morning and then one Uber driver didn’t want to go back later that Saturday night; I tipped him extra cash to help convince him. It worked fine on the Friday night.」

Water pressure in the showers was top tier and lots of towels, washclothes, etc. The deer here walk right up to you in the backyard area, so cool! Great communication with Angie the host.
