「Two families had to wait 45 minutes before there was a person at the desk to check in. We had both arrived at ~9pm.」

「The pool was not clean green color with rocks in the bottom of it room is a bit dirty properties not that clean and then they try to charge you extra on your card」

「No one was around to let me check in. I waited, called the number listed at the front desk, no one came. Room already paid for, couldn't leave. Waited 30 minutes. There was a painter there who unlocked a room with a master key after showing him my confirmation. Sat in the room, couldn't leave to get dinner, no key to get back in. Apparently someone showed up around 10:30, I saw their car where the manager parks, but no contact. I was ready for bed, still waited for a knock....nothing. ...
