「The hotel is being renovated, so the rooms looked new. Our room was on the ground floor with a beautiful door to a patio so we could sit outside enjoying the view of the bay as well as children on the playground and families cooking out. 」

The first room had a loud hum in it and when I told them about it they immediately upgraded to a premium room with great ocean views and quiet. Beds are super comfortable and lived the personal touches of the robes and slippers. The only thing negative is the restaurant service was slow but the food was amazing. I would highly recommend! 」

「This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. We like to e-bike and the hotel is a half kilometer from two bike trails that parallel highways 19 and 19A. We biked the N&L Trail, Nanaimo Parkway Trail and a few connector trails, about 45 km. There are plenty of places to eat within a lm of the hotel. The staff even provided a safe place to store our bikes overnight. It was so nice and convenient we stayed 3 nights. It’s also close to the ferry terminal for the ferry to Horseshoe Bay. 」
