"The staff was not welcoming at all. The front desk person was not welcoming at all and had an attitude because we showed up 30 minutes before check-in time. She gave us the wrong room type. I paid extra for King bed, but she gave me one single bed room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dirty and had long in it like it had not been cleaned in few months or a year. Also, when I checked out the front desk staff didn't acknowledge us and they just kept talking with each other. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Worst star experience I ever had in any hotel stay."

"Hotel rooms are old, stained furniture/sofa pillows. First room I was given (on the 9/ top - deluxe floor) had a loud buzzing vibration sound that made the room inhabitable. The issue was the a/c unit on the roof. Moved to 7th floor- the second night at the hotel the a/c in the room stopped working. I stayed at this hotel approximately 8 years ago and the rooms have not been updated. They did upgrade the lobby which was nice. The positives: free shuttle to & from the airport & the free breakfast. The staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. Overall I would not go back to this hotel. "

"Really nice place, clean room, the staff was super nice, had free fast WiFi and also has a restaurant inside. 8 minutes to the Lenovo stadium and 3 minutes to the Crabtree mall!"

"Oh my goodness. Never had such a terrible experience. I checked in , paid , entered the room. There’s a woman sitting on the toilet seat open door in the room. She and me both screamed. I ran to the reception, told her the story and guess what she said to me… there are squatters who enter the hotel!!! Or another guest who entered the room to use the toilet. When I asked how a squatter or another guest can enter the room like this she blamed the housekeeper. She said sometimes they don’t close the door properly. Then the receptionist was trying to convince me to get another room however I was so terrified to even stay in that hotel. What would I do if I stayed there?? Starring the door whole night to see no one enter when I am sleeping??? I was so terrified. Now she didn’t want to refund as I booked through Expedia. They said the manager will come at 9am and only he/she can refund. And guess what after 12 days I am still fighting for my refund. Tried calling hotel to talk to the manager who never picked up the phone or called back in spite of leaving several voicemails. Contacted Expedia, Expedia contacted the manager and the manager said they have refunded however it’s posted on my card and I am fighting for my money. That night I couldn’t find hotel as it was too late. The time I found another hotel it was already 4am, they charged me double as they knew I nee It desperately as I was exausted, worked 1/2 day then drove 10 hours to Raleigh for an event. What a ridiculous."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and very welcoming upon arrival. My only problem at location was the $300 charge for a meeting space, for four people to meet for an hour. I felt this was not acceptable, especially as a guest of hotel. In my travels most hotels have business rooms or private area to discuss business matters. "

"Three pillows whiles in the bedsheets & stains on the sheets & comforter. Blinds broke door barely closed because of damages. Sink in bathroom had burn marks all over. Bathroom door had baseball size whole through it. Fake nails on the bathroom floor. People walking by all night long music blaring from parking lot all night long. Absolutely disgusting."

"Upon arrival the guest service was superb. They were fast, friendly and informative. My room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. I was actually surprised at the standard fridge and all of the cabinet space.. not to mention the two burners. The bathroom is stocked with Dove products!! The bed was very comfy. I will be staying here everyone I visit Raleigh "
