The Space:

This beautiful open space with sliding doors to the backyard pool is perfect for gathering the entire group together.
Sleeping arrangements are ideal starting with the master bedroom that has a king-size bed, walk in robe, ensuite bathroom with shower cabin, and direct access to the outdoor entertaining area and pool. A split floorplan nicely places the remaining 3 bedrooms on the other end of the residence providing separation for families with children or groups traveling together. Each of these bedrooms has a queen bed, BIR, & ceiling fan, and they share the second full bath with glass shower cabin and soaking tub.
Outdoor living is nothing less than delightful in a completely enclosed backyard highlighted by a sparkling in-ground pool, awesome game garage with table tennis, and covered dining patio that seats 8. In addition to the home’s wonderful features, the property is within walking distance to the beach, Cowes boat ramp & shops and just a short drive from all the renowned parks, family-friendly experiences, and penguin parades Phillip Island is known for. Must see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

A maximum of 2 guest vehicles may park in the garage and another 2 in driveway. There is secure parking behind a gate on the side of the home for a caravan or boat.
