「AC whas terrible, noisy and would not cool the room. Hotel needs a complete remodel! 」

「Staff was all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Close inspection of the room, I felt there was a lot of work that could be done. Tub faucet was dripping. Some kind of stains on the sofa. So made me a little concerned about the rest of the room.」

「The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. 」

「I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. 「The staff was very friendly, but the room was dingy. The walls needed to be wiped down as there were several spots of dirt. Orangish color on a beige background. The shower floor was also rather dirty. The office chair had been sat in and looked like it contained bodily fluids on the seat. The wall outlet cover had gaps around it which may be a safety and/or electrical hazard. The room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. 」
