This beautiful 4 bedroom-3 bathroom cottage is located between vineyards and jarrah-marri forest. Tranquil views from every window of forest, vineyards, fields and winter creek in the valley. Designed for perfect summer and winter living, with stone fireplace, generous lounge and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, RC-AC and WiFi. Outdoor furniture and BBQ on the covered deck. Short walks to the LS Merchants cellar door and Cowaramup brewery next door.
With the nearest neighbour (Valley Retreat) 150m along the edge of the forest, the space is yours to enjoy. Kangaroos come out of the forests at sunset, while the red and white-tailed black cockatoos provide a chorus.
Would suit two families, a large family or three couples chasing peaceful time and the chance to create great dining experiences from the well-equipped kitchen. - Bedroom 1 has a King bed, en-suite bathroom and luxurious bath. - Bedroom 2 can be set up as a King or two King single beds and has a separate bathroom - Bedroom 3 is a new addition with a King bed. - The new Bedroom 4 is accessed from Bedroom 3 and has 2 single beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an en-suite bathroom. Wood fire in living room, with RC-AC throughout. There is good cell phone coverage and hi-speed WiFi is available in the cottage. We have chosen not to install a TV.
Valley Cottage is yours to enjoy alone. On the estate, guests are welcome to enjoy walks in and around the edge of the forest and to stroll down the grass track between the vineyards to the winter creek and along to the Cowaramup Brewery next door. The vineyards are working areas where access is restricted for safety reasons.
A stroll away through the forest, the cellar door at Treeton Estate is operated by LS Merchants. Specialising in low-intervention wines, tastings are from a selection of current-release wines, with the occasional limited release and back vintage wine. All releases are available to purchase. Check with the LS Merchants website for opening time and special event details. If you are not up to the short stroll, drive along the main access track to the carpark next to the winery.
