「Our family of 4 and our best friends, also a family of 4 stayed in this wonderful property over the 4th of July holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kiddos all hung out and slept in the loft area which was huge and has a TV! The kitchen was nicely equipped, the dock was nice and covered. We swam and fished off of it. The only recommendation I would make would be sure to also rent the golf cart. So helpful when carrying things down and back to the boat. Lastly, the host was...

「This property is newly remodeled and you can feel the love and personal attention given to the remodel. The property history is in the binder for the property. I love the setting at the base of the mountain close to a creek, surrounded by a field of horses, to be very relaxing!! It was close to the caverns for a concert! It was Clean and had all the basic supplies you may need for a stay. I would love to return one day!」

「I did not have a good experience booking this property through Expedia. Communication with the host was a challenge, the property was not ready for check-in - had to sit and wait on cleaning crew to finish. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and mildew stains and when I messaged the host, I received an AI generated response just saying "Thanks for letting us know." There was no effort to replace the liner during our stay or apply a discount when requested. Also, we were not provided with the...

「TV worked but we didn’t have the fire stick tv code to be able to stream YouTube tv. We were unable to watch anything on tv with the exception of YouTube (no YouTube TV) and no normal cable. Should have left instructions on how to operate tv. We weren’t there to watch tv, but it poured most of the day till time for the concert. Would have been nice if it had worked. Back door automatic lock was dissembled and laying on counter. Guy came and looked at tv and said he didn’t know code...
