「Ok room, bathroom looks old and tired but works adequately. It’s an old building so don’t expect luxury but all was ok.
Good breakfast and helpful staff.」
「We stayed at the Kames while exploring the area which is so beautiful. The hotel is ideally situated in an idyllic setting. The food was superb, especially the homemade steak pie! The Scottish Breakfast is the best we've tasted. Highly recommend this hotel.」
「It was really difficult to unlock and open the doors, the locks were loose and the door handles were coming off.
When we arrived and went into the bathroom there was a roll of toilet paper with poop on it. I went out to the hall and was able to find an open closet with toilet paper, but that was really gross to come into a room and see that.
The television in one of our rooms did not work.
The toilet in the other room would not flush.
There was two minutes of warm water in the shower before...
「Very comfortable, good view of the kyles of bute. Lovely breakfast including home-made jam and bread. Most helpful husband and wife team. Nothing was too much trouble for Gabor, who not only sorted out my TV problem but very kindly drove me to the start of my ramble. Highly recommended.」
「Difficult to park here, also a great pity that the owners who take people hard warned money don’t want to meet & greet their guests. The basics in guest care missing here. 」
「Lovely large room with great views. Bathroom had easy to use plumbing. The host was wonderful. The tv had streaming! The breakfast was delicious. It was our favorite stay in Scotland.」
