A few hiccups that were eventually worked out. The host and her mother are very nice people and worked to make sure everything was ok in the end.

We reserved this house is January 2025 for a trip we had in April. 2 days before our stay I reached out with a question and they informed me that the place is now under contract for sale and they cannot let us stay there. They didn’t cancel the stay in VRBO which meant we didn’t get all of our money back. They left us scrambling to find a place and who knows if they would have ever told us if we didn’t reach out.
