「My son and I stayed here the evening before he took the SAT nearby. The positives: spacious, clean, kitchen, good hot water pressure in the bathroom, comfortable beds. Less positive: the unit is up three flights of stairs (and there is a flight to enter the house) so a bad choice for anyone ill or with mobility issues; the area is loud late at night because it’s on Brown’s campus; and it is very expensive. The parking feels tight but is free and restaurants and CVS are a short drive away.」

「The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?)
The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me.
The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

「The property is fantastic indoors and outside. Beautiful view and amenities. Very close to the town, very short walk. Town has many nice restaurants. The only negatives, and maybe just me, the stairs are steep. The trains coming by was something we got use too. Don't let the stairs scare you away, I have neuropathy in my right foot and I didn't have problems with the stairs. Great place.」

「This rental was perfect. Its walking distance from anything you can possibly want. Jen was extremely nice and constantly checked inShe left the best recommendations and a very clear process for check insThe place was spotless and she even had a complimentary bottle of wine and waters for us. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on and they even had a sleep noise machine which was a nice touch. Honestly I couldn't say enough about her and this place. Would highly recommend...

The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen.
