「Customer service was amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and informative. I didn't like the maze/obstacle course from the parking garage to the main lobby. Also, thought it strange the pull out bed was sticking straight up out of the couch. It made me think we were in someone else's room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.」

This was raised to us customers by a letter in an envelope placed under residence doors. Marriott leadership should investigate this incident. Staff claims GM is very abusive to all staff.」

「The Comfort Suites I-74 in Peoria, IL was conveniently located with most restaurants, shopping, churches, etc. within a ten-minute drive. Despite the room being near the indoor swimming pool, there was no noise or "odor" emanating. Though some of the room furnishings were worn and a bit "dated", the room and common areas were clean. Breakfast had a good variety and was well stocked. Staff were congenial. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.」
