Nestled into the hillside of Courniou, this spacious holiday home offers complete privacy and comfort for up to 11 guests. With sweeping views from its stone terrace and a floodlit garden spread across 7 hectares, it's a dream for nature lovers and families alike. The heated swimming pool and shaded outdoor dining area make summer days especially delightful, while the surrounding estate invites exploration and relaxation. Inside, the home blends rustic charm with modern convenience. Gather around the fireplace in the cozy sitting room or enjoy meals at the large farmhouse table in the dining area. The house features five comfortable bedrooms-three upstairs and two on the ground floor-along with three bathrooms, including one in the pool house. The fully equipped kitchen and utility spaces ensure a seamless stay, while entertainment options like table tennis and bikes add a playful touch. The location is ideal for day trips and local discoveries. From farmers' markets in Saint-Pons-de-Thomières to cliff-jumping at the Héric gorges, there's something for everyone. Visit the medieval town of Mazamet, the scenic village of Olargues, or venture to Carcassonne and the Mediterranean beaches. Wine lovers will appreciate nearby Saint Chinian and Minerve. Fabulous 3 week stay at this spacious, gorgeous, quirky well equipped home. So peaceful, surrounded with wildlife. Deer and wild boar spotted in the grounds as well as birds. Whether lying out by the pool or having brunch or dinner on the terrace, it was fabulous. We had friends join us for the last week, so a great place to socialise. Patrick looked after us, and we had contact with the owner if needed, it wasn’t. Albi is well worth a visit Carcassonne and Mazamet too. There is a supermarket close by in Saint Pons Du Thomiere.
