「I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options. 「The hotel definitely needs updating. The TV - every channel is in French, only 2 channels in English- both news. Breakfast can use more variations. Staff needs to learn English- Courchevel is very expensive world famous resort- how are you providing customer service and barely speak English. 」
