「It was a very bad experience because with the amount of money I paid I thought it is a 5 star from your application rating but it wasn’t at all not even a 3 star hotel with this standard I saw like I’ve been cheated really very disappointed 」

「Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! The staff at reception and breakfast area were only ok... but the shuttle drivers were beyond kind and helpful. 」

「Strategic location, ski in/out and walking distance from 1850. Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small...

「Six stars ⭐️ hotel. The service was amazing, from the concierge Freddy, to the staff at the ski room all were Great. The spa in very unique and a most experience during your visit. Hotel is ski in and out and the food was Amazing. Close to the shops and the restaurants. Safe travels to couchevel 1850」

「The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small. Very small bathrooms. All in all accommodations are uncomfortable. Difficulty in tempering the water. Ski in and out is at a very difficult to access location. Staff is great, though, everybody puts an effort in trying to make your stay better, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Despite the excellent staff...
