「Le personnel est tres sympathique, l’etablissement est vieillissant et doit necessiter de beaucoup d’efforts pour etre maintenu en état. Les chambres de l’annexe sont tres mal insonorisées et ne devraient pas être proposées au même titre/prix que celles de l’etablissement principal.」

「We were unexpectedly delayed en route and could find no way to check in after the early close so had to drive all the way to our final destination and beg the other hotel to let us stay at great expense. No idea why the hotel did not contact us and arrange to leave the room open. 」

「Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again.」

「We loved the decor and vibe of this place - tasteful styling, good sized bedroom and wonderfully modern en-suite bathroom. The central lounge, kitchen and diner spaces were great, we even loved the chilled music playing to give some ambience and vibe. The self serve coffee station was very welcome after a long trip, and having space in a fridge was so useful for our food. The private parking was very useful for us. 「Le réceptionniste ne nous répondait plus au téléphone pour acter une arrivée postérieure à 19h (heure de la fermeture du guichet). Il nous a dit de le réer avec un numéro de carte bleu pour une empreinte bancaire. J’étais au volant et il était 17h. Le temps de me garer pour lui communiquer le numéro, il ne nous a plus répondu malgré de nombreux appels. Il a laissé l’heure défiler jusqu’à 19h et il a fermé dans le plus grand des calmes.
