"Rooms were small and cozy with enough storage for your ski stuff without it being under your feet. Location very good indeed. Breakfast was disappointing with a slightly chaotic feel to it at peak times. Didn’t appear to be enough staff and there was no element of service. This put us off having dinner at the property so we went and dined out locally. Sauna and steam room very basic but functional. Slightly disappointed for what we paid compared with other ski hotels, albeit in other resorts."

"Location location, location. Right next to the gondola, ski rental inside the property and the staff was super nice. The hotel is clean and nice, not super luxurious but with the great surroundings you don’t spend much time inside."

"Strategic location, ski in/out and walking distance from 1850. Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small...
