"The coffee machine was not working in our room, there were no toothpaste available , a water jug cost us $5.00 so I can’t imagine how much a toothpaste would cost. Food at the restaurant was not good at all and it cost us 120 for a family of 5. We paid $395 per night and you would think they would offer at least free toothpaste or give a few water bottles. Definitely not worth the stay"

"Do not stay here. From the time we checked in and checked out there were issues. First was that we had to wait for the room to be ready, and in order to get wifi needed the room number that they 'didn't know yet.' The hotel was not full but we could not book a different room with one bed rather than two. The worker that rolled our luggage in told us that it was at half capacity. Instructions for the hotel were given in rapid speed so it was hard to keep up. Once we checked in, the room was in poor condition, bugs in the bathroom, hot with air conditioning not working as 'the hotel only had heat right now' and it was 85 degrees out! We asked for an extension cord for our fan, they did not get back to us. The worse thing was trying to eat. The food at the bar was not sufficient and not open at times such as breakfast. We could not eat at a buffet that was nearly EMPTY since 'five staff had called out' and we needed a reservation and they were booked. What??!! For 800 a night there is an expectation of trying to make it work out. Like hey grab a plate, we won't be able to get you a drink or something. Not sorry! No food right before hiking. The staff is RUDE! The location is great but we should have stayed in a tent. We would have been treated better. This was also our anniversary weekend. We tried to enjoy our time the best we could but this was unacceptable. Elevator broken, no food available, nothing offered, no AC, dirty room, no bike rental, no room service since 2019. "
