「My family has been coming to Innsbrook for over 40 years and have always loved staying in the condos. The location is perfect. It’s great for family’s so kids can play and close to the beach for little one. The unit was clean and bright. The sleeping arrangements were even better than I expected as our littlest got to sleep in her own twin pull out. 10/10 would recommend.」

「Very easy process. Condo was clean. Convenient location, but still drove to eat, etc. because it is on quite the hill. However, it makes for amazing river views.」

「The property worked perfectly for a weekend away. We brought our 2 toddler children, one slept on the pull out sofa and the other in a pack and play which there was plenty of room for. Everything was as described. We enjoyed our first time at Innsbrook going to the beach area, pool, playground, and clubhouse. Thank you!」

「We loved this resort & this unit. The beaches were close & we were able to store our paddle boards in the parking area. The lake was clean & quiet. Having rafts for older kids to swim out to is nice. The unit was clean & spacious. We especially appreciated the quality of furniture & having plenty of seating for a family. "スタッフが利用案内を紙でくれて読んでくださいとでした。朝食場所と時間などは、口頭で伝えるサービスはすべきと思います。簡略しすぎ。ロビーにウェルカムコーヒーサービスなし、他のホテルはありました。浴室の風呂せんがチェーン壊れたままでした。部屋は機能的には普通で、快適でした。"

"I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. "

"ロビー、廊下、部屋が典型的なアメリカのホテル、という感じです。空調やテレビの操作が簡単です。雰囲気が落ち着いてますし、スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。部屋の広さにゆとりがあります。一階に無人の店があり、割と品揃えがあります。朝食がおいしいです。総合的にいって私は大変気に入りました！"
