New for 2027, The Woldsway brings together luxury, space and outstanding indoor and outdoor living in an exceptional four-bedroom, four-bathroom lodge – with four-legged friends welcome too.

Perfect for groups of friends and families alike, the cleverly designed layout features a spacious central open-plan living, kitchen and dining area separating the sleeping accommodation into two wings. Each wing has a master bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, providing the perfect balance of sociable living and personal privacy.

At the heart of the lodge is an impressive entertainment space featuring a huge 75-inch Smart TV, a versatile pool/table tennis/dining table and a retro arcade machine with over 1,000 games – ideal for relaxed afternoons or lively evenings together.

Step outside and The Woldsway really comes into its own. The large, south-facing and fully enclosed private garden is a real sun trap, providing an exceptional amount of space to relax, socialise and enjoy the outdoors. The secure setting offers added peace of mind for families with younger children, while guests bringing dogs have the freedom of their own private, pet-safe garden where four-legged friends can explore and play safely.

For the ultimate relaxation, unwind in your own XL private outdoor sauna, an ultra-modern space with contemporary glazed walls, before sinking into the large private hot tub beneath its stylish timber gazebo, complete with skylight, bar top and stools.

There’s even more space to enjoy beneath our largest fixed designer gazebo, creating your own outdoor living room with comfortable rattan-style sofas. A pro-size outdoor table tennis table, BBQ area, bespoke outdoor dining furniture and atmospheric festoon lighting complete an outstanding outdoor entertainment space – perfect for long sunny afternoons and evenings together.

Four-legged guests are especially well catered for. In addition to your own secure pet garden, Raywell’s fully fenced off-lead dog exercise field provides even more room to run and play, while countryside walks into the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds can be enjoyed directly from the park.

We also offer a new secure pet exercise field, allowing dogs to enjoy safe, off-lead play in a dedicated enclosed space, which has quickly become a guest favourite.

Raywell is ideally located for exploring East Yorkshire. The historic town of Beverley is just a short drive away, while the East Yorkshire coast offers beaches and scenic walks. York and Lincoln provide culture, history, and shopping, and Kingston upon Hull (8 miles away) is home to excellent museums, The Deep Aquarium, and a vibrant city scene.

For walkers, the park sits directly opposite a Woodland Trust site, with immediate access to a network of short and longer-distance walks and bridleways, including the renowned Yorkshire Wolds Way, making it ideal for gentle strolls or more adventurous routes straight from the park.
