「A five star property and staff — some of the best food we’ve ever had traveling, and here it is in the Yorkshire Dales! Friendly, helpful staff to a person, every shift, every position. The historic manor house buildings are beautiful, tastefully updated to allow a glass-walled dining wing that looks out over the rolling green hills. It’s a stunning setting. The two girls doing waiting service for evening meal reflected what the place is about. In a nutshell, they cared about the service. What a difference to see staff invested in their work. It’s pricey but worth the money when you get honest service like this. 」
