We offer for rent a large villa with a swimming pool boasting beautiful sea views over the Gulf of Ajaccio, the Sanguinaires Islands, and the maquis shrubland. It is located a 5-minute drive from Portigliolo Beach and 10 minutes from Mare Sole Beach (Silver Beach), near hiking trails. Ajaccio Airport is a 35-minute drive away. The house comprises 3 bedrooms with reversible air conditioning. 2 double bedrooms have beds measuring 180 cm and 160 cm, and 1 bedroom has two single beds that can be joined or separated. There are 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite with a master bedroom), and 3 separate toilets. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, and one is upstairs, all with sea and pool views.

It is situated on a large, wooded, fenced plot of 2500 m². Young children must be supervised at all times (pool protected with a cover, garden with pebbles, etc.). A 4-bedroom annex is located next door, but is not included in the rental. The house will be entirely at your disposal (this annex will not be open to other guests). The Portigliolo cove is unspoiled and uncrowded, even in summer. It offers numerous leisure options: an active and renowned sailing club, motorboat rentals, beach bars and restaurants, pétanque, tennis and padel. PGJyPg Loud parties are not allowed in the house in order to respect the neighbors and ensure the tranquility of the place.
