The service provided by staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and clean. The shower’s water pressure was excellent. Too bad they did not put more work and paid more attention tonthe quality of their Chinese breakfast buffet….. Dont know about tne Western breakfast buffet, but my recommendation is to akip the Chinese one altogetther🙄

Don’t be misguided by the 3.5 stars as this was actually a 5 star hotel with daily cleaning and towel changes. The team at Lisboeta were very polite and would provide guidance when required. I would definitely stay here again as it was excellent value for money and close to attractions and shopping mall. A shortish walk to the nearby Grand Palace for free bus tours to various sights of Macau. 👍👍👍👍👍

Not recommend if you can't speak Chinese

The room was spacious and clean, with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.There are three breakfast restaurants, but the variety of food was limited, and I was disappointed.The front desk staff was inexperienced during late-night hours.The restaurant staff was unfriendly and couldn't speak English.Not all front desk staff speak English, so I had to wait for an English-speaking staff member.

The property was nice, the check-in service was considerable, and the air-conditioner was cool. Only the queue taxi has a long wait, and I do not know why there is no high-frequency taxi service for the queue at such a hot temperature. Wish can be improved. Also, The MacaoRadioTaxi showed no taxi available when I booked it online.

A very nice hotel in general, some waiting time is required for check in during peak hours, and waiting time for taxis can be a little bit longer than expected during rush hours. The mall underneath is pretty convenient, ATMs, shops and some restaurants are available by foot.
